Counselling & Psychotherapy

A problem shared is a problem halved. The opportunity to talk about issues that impact on the way we live our lives can help bring clarity and solutions to those situations.

Every person's journey is unique, and through exploring why we made decisions in the past, we can begin to understand the path we have taken and in turn make new decisions about what it is that we want from the future. Understanding why we are attracted to familiar patterns of behaviour with uncomfortable outcomes, and learning how to get out of that cycle of behaviour, can open up a whole new perspective on life.

Psychotherapy provides us with the chance to look at the way we interact with others and it offers opportunities to explore possible changes, which may then enrich and enhance our lives.

Changing the way we think, feel and behave can significantly alter the way we respond to the world and the way the world responds to us. Making that step to challenge our belief system can feel scary. I offer a confidential, safe and friendly environment where your thoughts and feelings will be heard and accounted for and your healthy decisions for change can be put in place.

as one is
may sound like
a simple thing,
but simple things are always the most
difficult to do.'
